Encourage potential reptile owners to adopt relinquished animals when they are ready for their forever home.

Facilitate a network of general and foster volunteers to meet the needs of reptiles in the Chicagoland area.

Chicago Herpetological Society Adoptions Program is committed to ensuring domesticated reptiles access to quality care and habitat through connecting individuals to resources, providing education, and promoting best husbandry practices. CHS Adoptions Program seeks to provide the Chicagoland community with rescue, shelter, veterinary, and adoption services for reptiles.
